Heather Qualls serves as Comptroller and Lead Accountant for the Bufkin Holdings entities. Heather spent the majority of her early career in the construction industry. She began in residential construction in the early 90’s and eventually moved into commercial construction management. She finished her tenure as Regional Operations Manager for Zachry – SCI, where she was directly responsible for job cost/productivity tracking of multiple projects. After relocating to East Texas to be closer to family, she joined the Buffco team in 2013. Heather’s extensive experience in cost accounting and analytical skills allowed her to quickly adapt to energy finance. Heather worked her way up through various management positions; today, she oversees all of Buffco’s and its subsidiaries' accounting as Comptroller for Bufkin Holdings.
